Total Rewards Lead Europe

About the role:

Leads the development, implementation, and governance of all Rewards-related topics across Europe, including compensation, benefits, incentive, performance management and global mobility.

Ensures reward strategies support business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, maintain market competitiveness, and drive a high-performance culture while balancing affordability, compliance, and internal equity.

Acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, Finance, and People & Organization stakeholders on all Rewards-related matters, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that support organizational performance and growth.

The impact you’ll make:

• Designs and implements reward strategies and programs aligned with business objectives and global reward principles.


• Acts as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on compensation, benefits, incentive, and performance-related reward decisions.


• Ensures consistent application of reward governance, policies, and frameworks across European markets.


• Drives harmonization and continuous improvement of reward practices while accommodating local market requirements.


• Leads annual salary review, bonus allocation, and incentive planning processes across Europe.


• Oversees job evaluation, grading, salary structures, and market benchmarking activities.


• Ensures reward investments are aligned with business priorities, affordability, internal equity, and external competitiveness.


• Designs and optimizes incentive programs that support sustainable business performance.


• Evaluates market trends and employee needs to maintain a competitive employee value proposition.


• Balances employee experience, compliance, and cost effectiveness in benefit design and delivery.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Minimum 8 years experience


• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or related education


• In-depth knowledge about Rewards principles, governance, short and long-term incentives, market benchmarking


• Familiar with job grading frameworks and job grading assessment (WTW, KF, Mercer)


• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills, focusing on what adds most value to the business


• Business acumen combined with creative problem-solving skills


• Data-driven and strategic mindset
