PURPOSE

The TPM Project Specialist supports the development and industrialization of innovative Consumer Beauty products through close collaboration with Third-Party Manufacturers, R&D teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

• Manage TPM development activities from briefing through commercialization.


• Coordinate timelines, risks and deliverables with internal teams and suppliers.


• Ensure projects meet quality, regulatory and business requirements.

Technical Development

• Support formula development, validation and industrialization.


• Coordinate testing, claims support and technical documentation.


• Monitor technical performance throughout development.

Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing, Procurement, Packaging, Quality and external manufacturers.


• Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.


• 3+ years in formulation or cosmetic product development.


• Experience in color cosmetics preferred.


• Excellent organization, communication and project management skills.
