Trainee Buyer - Retail

As a Trainee Buyer, you will work in one of the busiest areas of the organization: the Buying department. This is where crucial decisions are made about the products that end up on their shelves. Seeing customers buy your chosen products puts a smile on your face, of course! Whether it is buying, planning, or quality, your role is vital for the growth across Europe. You will also benefit from numerous opportunities for personal development and career progression.

In the Buying department, you and more than 50 colleagues are the driving force behind the success. You will research how the organization sources and offers products that have the best price and quality. Quality & Sustainability and Commercial Planning is also an essential part of the Commerce department.

As a team, you continuously shape the product range, introducing more than 150 new products every week. Together, you are responsible for a sustainable, surprising, affordable, and well-balanced product range of around 6,000 products.
