who are you

As you will be the first point of contact for Learning and Performance questions, strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff are required. The ideal candidate has basic presentation and communication skills in small group settings. Also experience as a Training Coordinator is a big plus.

• Business acumen: knowing the Biotechnology Industry and/or operations work environment;
• Comprehensive MS Office experience;
• Understand how systems support business processes;
• Some experience developing and implementing standard policies and procedures;
• Able to manage multiple assignments at one time.

what will you do

As a member of the Learning & Performance team, you will be responsible for an accurate training administration and you will serve as training representative to internal clients and providing daily support to dedicated internal clients. Under supervision you assist with implementing and executing of training related tasks, policies and procedures at site. To fulfill these main responsibilities, you will:

• Facilitate trainings logistics, training administration and planning;
• Serve as point of contact regarding use of LMS as well as correct completion of training forms;
• Provide training reports to clients;
• Create, interpret and follow up on training metrics (KPIs);
• Support the development of training materials: e.g. web based (Rise) courses and revising of existing training materials;
• Assist team members to ensure regulatory compliance and successful inspections outcome.
