About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
E-commerce System Construction and Operation:
Establish and operate the rider equipment mall system, formulate sales plans, optimize warehouse and distribution processes, and improve after-sales policies. Drive the iterative development of equipment products to enhance rider equipment compatibility and sales efficiency, ensuring the standardized and efficient operation of the mall business.
Commercial Cooperation Expansion:
Develop external clients such as phone cards, car rentals, and battery swapping services, establish commercial cooperation models, and explore monetization paths on the operational capacity side. Leverage resource integration to enrich the rider service ecosystem, and drive the growth of commercial value in operational capacity management.
Rider Care and Culture Building:
Based on the characteristics of the rider group, plan and organize care activities (e.g., festival benefits, skills training), promote rider culture building, enhance riders' sense of belonging and loyalty, and improve the stability and execution efficiency of the operational capacity team.
Operational Data and Experience Optimization:
Monitor mall sales data and rider usage feedback, analyze operational performance, optimize product selection and service processes to improve rider experience and repurchase rates, and drive dual improvements in operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
