Treasury Lead

We are seeking a Treasury Lead to join our fast-growing team at Coinmerce. The Treasury Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing all treasury functions within Coinmerce. This role involves ensuring liquidity, optimizing cash management, and managing financial risks related to the company’s digital asset holdings and fiat transactions. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing treasury policies, software solutions, and risk management models to support Coinmerce’s financial goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute and coordinate the execution of periodic (including daily) treasury tasks.

• Contribute to the formal structure of the treasury framework.

• Lead the selection, development, and implementation of software solutions to support the treasury framework.

• Provide support in the development of risk models and risk measurement methodologies.

• Report to the Head of Trading.

• Ensure collaboration with relevant departments (trading, finance, IT, and risk management) during implementation and operational activities.

• Collaborate with other implementation streams to introduce new products, trading strategies, and business partners into the treasury framework.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably within a financial institution or fintech.

• Strong understanding and interest in cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset management.

• Proven experience working in a Finance team with diverse reporting requirements.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative sector like crypto.

• Strong ethical standards and integrity in financial management.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
