Treasury Operations Analyst

To support our expanding finance and treasury operations, we are looking for a Treasury Operational Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing liquidity flows, optimizing staking products, and enhancing treasury efficiency. You will work closely with the broader finance team and external partners to ensure transparency, control, and performance across our treasury operations.

• Support in managing Coinmerce’s bank positions, liquidity flows, and daily equity reconciliations.

• Monitor and analyze inflows and outflows across crypto exchanges.

• Optimize staking and EARN products to ensure competitive returns and expand coin partnerships.

• Maintain strong working relationships with staking and EARN providers.

• Develop and update policy documentation for treasury and finance operations.

• Apply forex and hedging knowledge to support liquidity and risk management.
  
  What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in a financial or treasury-focused role, preferably within crypto or fintech.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.

• Proficient in Python programming and basic SQL; able to build tools for operational efficiency.

• Strong analytical skills, including data modeling and reporting.

• Experience with staking or yield-generating crypto products is a strong plus.

• Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.

• Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are a bonus.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with treasury tools or systems.

• Understanding of crypto exchange operations and reconciliation processes.
