Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically
routine, with some deviation from standard practice. Applies theoretical knowledge of
the Operations field and provides support for internal teams within Operations.
Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication,
discretion, and independent judgment.
Specific tasks and job duties of the position that are required daily:
• Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
• Is required to understand and comply with the Code of Business Conduct,
Company policies and laws that govern their activities.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Coordinates and expedites the resolution of processing issues for ingredients
and/or pharmaceutical (new) products, serving as an entry Asset Subject
Matter Expert to ensure continuous and efficient operations.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing
Practices (GMP) to ensure activities adhere to internal and external
regulations and procedures.
• Helps ensure the completion of key tasks for the support function of the
Operations unit to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
• Escalates any concerns or issues to leaders to maximize successful business
results.
• Takes ownership of personal training and ensures that all required training is
understood and completed on time.
• Keeps record of process improvements to continually enhance safety, quality,
reliability, cost, and scheduling.
• Assists with formal investigation processes to ensure product quality,
compliance, and process flow.
• Helps with updating procedures based on compliance, and results of internal
investigations.
• Enhance a culture of belonging through trusting, divers, & inclusive
relationships.
Minimum Qualification
• A relevant MBO-3 degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience.
• English B2 language level is required.
• The levels of computer proficiency are intermediate level for MS office, entry
level for data analysis, and specialist level for business applications.
• Must possess problem-solving skills and capable of identifying issues.
• Positive attitude, proactivity, decisive, flexibility, and organized with an ability
to work individually and in a team.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Stress-resistant, continues to work calmly under all circumstances.
• Ability to work on a shift and on-call roster. #RPOEMEA
