Full-time or part-time | €2,455 - €2,582 gross per month (full-time) | Primarily evening shifts (15:00 - 23:00)

We're looking for dedicated Turndown Attendants who take pride in the small details that make a guest's stay memorable. As part of our Housekeeping team, you'll help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests returning to their rooms after a busy day in Amsterdam.

No two shifts are the same. One moment you'll be refreshing a guest room and preparing it for the evening, the next you'll be responding to guest requests or ensuring public areas continue to meet the high standards Soho House is known for.

What you'll do

• Complete evening turndown service to the highest standards


• Refresh guest rooms and ensure they are comfortable and welcoming for the evening


• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally


• Replenish amenities, linens, towels, and minibar items as required


• Help create a memorable and seamless guest experience throughout the evening


• Take care of public areas cleanliness 

Your schedule

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available


• Primarily evening shifts from 15:00 - 23:00


• A mix of weekday and weekend shifts


• Flexibility during busy periods and peak seasons

What we're looking for

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential


• Positive attitude and excellent attention to detail


• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team


• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy


• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Right to work in the Netherlands
