Our Client is a High End Nikkei cuisine Restaurant, located in Amsterdam.

It offers a distinctive dining experience characterized by a lush and immersive tropical atmosphere. The interior design showcases vibrant flora, large trees, and exotic plants, creating a captivating ambiance that transports diners to another world.

The menu draws inspiration from South American cuisine, featuring a fusion of flavors and ingredients that reflect the diverse culinary traditions of the region. The dishes are meticulously prepared and presented, often combining traditional elements with contemporary techniques.

The establishment aims to provide not only a culinary journey but also an enchanting and visually striking environment that enhances the overall dining experience.

For the Kitchen brigade we are looking for Two Chefs de Partie for immediate start !

Requirements

Experience in Nikkei cuisine

Work good under pressure

Work well in a Teamâ

Join the culinary team of 14 people

Maintain a deep understanding of South American culinary traditions and ingredients

Work closely with the Head & Sous Chefs ensuring the smooth execution of service during peak times to serve 200-300 covers per day.

Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene, complying with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Play a key role as a Team Member in maintaining a positive kitchen culture, fostering open communication, respect, and teamwork among the culinary team and other departments.

Benefits

Salary package: 2,000 EUR to 2,250 EUR/ Net Salary per month

TIPS: 180 to 200 EUR per month

Accommodation (to be discussed )

44 hours work + 1 day off contract

1 year fixed contract
