UAT Test Analyst

• Analyzing requirements, user stories and specifications for testability.
  
• Creation of test conditions, test cases and test scripts
  
• Perform test analysis for multiple applications in parallel
  
• Contribute to test plans, procedures, and supporting processes
  
• Supporting UAT activities in collaboration with UAT Test Managers
  
• Coaching and supervising business SME test teams
  
• Promoting best practices in test analysis, test execution, and defect management
  
• Reporting test progress to stakeholders
  
• Support in implementation and adoption of testing tools
  
• Occasional travel within Europe to support testing activities
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in test execution or similar test roles within insurance or financial services
  
• Demonstrable experience with User Acceptance Testing and guiding business SMEs
  
• Experience with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
  
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (or equivalent)
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Fluent English in word and writing
  
• Able to manage multiple priorities within an international environment
  

• Proficiency in Dutch, French, German or Spanish
  
• Experience with international testing programs
  
• Experience implementing or optimizing test tools
