Vehicle Service Agent - Maastricht

To strengthen our existing team, we are recruiting a vehicle service agent, at our Maastricht branch.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Clean and vacuum interior vehicle as per SIXT standards
• Wash & clean vehicle's exterior - this includes cars of different sizes including Minivans and SUVs.
• Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing, as necessary.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and reports any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Assists customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• You ensure customers take all personal belongings, discreetly check vehicles for damage, and direct any issues to the appropriate channels
• You identify and tag vehicles for maintenance or grounding and ensure they are moved to the correct location

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education & Experience You have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Licenses & Authorization You are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Computer Skills You possess basic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Work Hours & Travel You can work from 8 am to 6 pm, from monday to friday and from 8 am to 1 pm, on saturday 
• Uniform & Language You are willing to wear a company uniform and you speak dutch and english fluently
