We're building a team within the Product Management department to ensure that our colleagues and clients can gain a deep understanding of our market, our clients, and how our solution addresses market needs. This role will be responsible for helping us ensure that our internal team-members are equipped with the knowledge they need to serve our clients and deliver value.

He/She will report to: Product Enablement Editor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build an understanding of your target audience through interviews and work shadowing.
Participate in the filming and acquisition of video from Subject Matter Experts.
Work as part of a team with Instructional Designers to deliver great learning experiences.
Write video copy to support learning outcomes and effectively communicate complex concepts.
Design and execute effective design and presentation strategies to deliver engaging video content.
Edit raw footage, adding special effects, motion graphics and audio to create compelling and professional micro-learning content.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and insights from analytics to update videos and improve learning outcomes.
Proactively suggest improvements to help us deliver better outcomes
Expected outcomes: High learner satisfaction for training materials, Improved business outcomes related to sales, customer support and project implementation.
Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Experience working in a professional v ideo editing role
Proven experience editing and developing video content to communicate complex subjects.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, demonstrating initiative and ability to work well in a team-based environment.
Results-oriented, demonstrating a strong drive to customer service and acceptance of accountability for results
Other Knowledge, skills, abilities or certifications:
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Basic experience in motion graphics and titling.
Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and exporting standards.
Talent for visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills including file management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify innovative solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships
Infrequent international travel may be required.
