As VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's marketing strategy. You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives and a deep understanding of our target audience. This is a broad role, with 360 ownership of all things marketing . In this position, you will be a key member of Creative Fabrica’s senior management.
The initial focus will be on Demand Generation through the hiring and structuration of a high-performing, ROI-driven team to manage our core acquisition channels. The VP will also be instrumental in building the long-term strategy for Creative Fabrica, including branding & communication strategy.
A strategic thinker with a bias for action, you know how to balance long-term thinking with rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. You believe in marketing strategies that can be measured.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and results-orientation.
- Define target customer segments and create marketing strategies to reach them.
- Lead efforts to acquire new subscribers through various marketing channels, including paid marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and more.
- Establish key performance indicators, and regularly measure and analyze marketing performance.
- Orchestrate the launch of Creative Fabrica’s new products.
- Work closely with the executive team to develop the long-term branding and communication strategy for Creative Fabrica.
Your Profile:
- 7+ years experience: A solid track record in operational marketing across various positions, including 5+ years managing teams.
- Experience with B2C subscription business: Havingsuccessfully driven customer acquisition and retention in a B2C subscription-based business.
- Budget Management: Experience in owning and allocating marketing budgets efficiently, optimizing ROI on marketing spend.
- Digital Marketing: In-and-out knowledge combined with first-hand experience in operating digital marketing channels (such as SEO, SEA, Affiliates, referrals, and e-mail).
- Marketing Analytics: Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution, and channel measurement.
- Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and marketing automation platforms.
- Content Marketing: At least one solid experience in Content Marketing.
