Warehouse Assistant

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Participates in tool-box meetings with all members of the warehouse/workshop team.


• Is always fully compliant with the requirements of the QHSE policies, standards, and wears required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.


• Maintains all equipment in good, safe working order according to standards and reports any problem or deviation to Workshop Team Lead.


• Perform daily maintenance checks to forklifts and OH cranes.


• Carrying out general forklift duties.


• Incoming goods process / mobilization of equipment.


• Loading / Unloading Cargo Baskets.


• Sourcing Tools as per shipping tickets.


• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience of working in a busy workshop environment.


• Must hold a valid Forklift License.


• Must hold a valid OH crane certificate.


• Must be able to work on their own initiative.


• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.


• Is personally committed to continuous improvement.


• Listens and is able to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers.
