As a Warehouse Employee, you play an essential role in Neways’ logistics process. Your main contribution lies in correctly and safely packaging finished products, ensuring that our customers always receive materials that meet the highest quality standards. In addition, you support other warehouse processes when needed, helping to keep the goods flow error‑free, timely, and efficient. With your accuracy and dedication, you directly contribute to quality, delivery reliability, and a smoothly running operation.

·        The work takes place in two shifts:

Working hours: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

This is what you bring to the Team

·        Experience in a logistics or production environment with packing is a plus.

·        A logistics education (LBO) or comparable practical experience.

·        Accuracy, a strong sense of responsibility, and a keen eye for quality.

·        Willingness to work with an EPT or forklift (experience is an advantage).

·        Resilience and a practical, solution‑oriented mindset.

·        Strong communication skills with colleagues and supervisors.

·        Flexibility to support other warehouse processes when needed.

Your daily responsibilities include

Packing (your main responsibility)

·        Packaging finished products according to general and specific packaging instructions.

·        Using various tools when packaging cabinets.

·        Checking packaging, material condition, and completeness.

·        Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

·        Working according to work instructions, drawings, and quality guidelines.

Additional warehouse tasks

Although packing is your priority, you also support other processes when needed:

Picking

·        Collecting materials based on production order picking lists.

·        Handling internal transport using an EPT.

·        Replenishing grab stock and Kanban inventories.

·        Identifying and registering mis-picks.

·        Processing additional material requests from internal departments.

Label printing / support

·        Printing customer and internal labels.

·        Creating production documents.

·        Taping materials.

Inbound

·        Receiving and unloading goods.

·        Performing initial visual quality checks.

·        Managing waste streams.

Outbound

·        Shipping materials to customers or other Neways locations.

·        Processing shipments based on shipping overviews.

General

·        Working accurately according to procedures and instructions.

·        Aligning daily tasks with your team.

·        Supporting other teams during busy periods or staffing shortages.

·        Contributing to 6S, housekeeping, and quality initiatives.
