What will you do?

As a Warehouse Manager, you ensure that our production never comes to a standstill. You oversee the flow of goods, maintain control of inventory, and ensure that materials are in the right place at the right time. You combine operational leadership with a hands-on mentality and maintain a visible presence on the work floor.

You lead the warehouse team, optimize processes, and act as the key link between various internal and external stakeholders. You work closely with Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure the continuity of our operations. In addition, you maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and external warehouse partners to achieve an efficient flow of goods and optimal inventory availability.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing, coaching, and developing the warehouse team and forklift drivers


• Being responsible for accurate inventory administration and SAP registration


• Monitoring and optimizing warehouse processes according to FIFO/FEFO principles


• Collaborate and align with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal material availability, inventory accuracy, and operational continuity.


• Manage and coordinate both internal and external storage facilities.


• Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods flows


• Coordinating with planning, MRP, and logistics regarding deliveries and capacity


• Ensuring the timely availability of materials for production


• Initiating improvement projects within logistics and warehousing


• Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance


• Supporting operations on the work floor when necessary, including forklift activities
   

What do you bring?

You are a strong organizer who maintains oversight, switches quickly, and knows how to guide teams through change and improvement. You are analytically strong, solution-oriented, and feel at home in a production or warehouse environment.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management in a similar role


• Experience with inventory management and logistics processes


• Knowledge of SAP is a plus


• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)


• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skillsGood command of both Dutch and English


• A hands-on mentality and strong sense of responsibility
   

Employment Conditions

• A gross monthly salary between €5.388 and €6.381, based on a full-time employment contract
