Tasks
Conduct manual sorting and scanning of parcels, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to meet operational deadlines.
Oversee daily activities in the distribution center, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of tasks.
Support on-site logistics operations by assisting in organizing transfer batches and optimizing workflow for operational efficiency.
Aid in identifying and resolving operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or shipment delays to reduce risks and costs.
Maintain effective communication with colleagues and external contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational standards.
Requirements
Must have a valid work and residence permit in the Netherlands.
0-2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or distribution center environment. (Candidates with no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply)
Proficiency in English is essential; familiarity with Chinese and Dutch is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work onsite 5 days a week.
