Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Specialist to join our Data Centre Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing site logistics, maintaining the main warehouse for customers and site-related spares, and ensuring inventory and stock levels are accurately updated. You will be the process-driven owner of incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring standard operating procedures and safety codes are meticulously followed.
In this role, you will:
Lead site logistics and inventory tracking by handling logistics tickets, maintaining customer stock levels across systems, and ordering vendor supplies through the procurement network.
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate internal and external moves, organize uniform purchasing, and ensure proper waste separation and collection at the loading bay.
Ensure compliance with Iron Mountain’s safety code and organizational cleanliness standards across the warehouse, loading bay, basement, and elevator rooms.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a critical operations environment and/or data center setting (preferred, but not required).
Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory tools, and basic English language skills.
Proven ability in multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization to manage multiple ticket queues with minimal supervision in a process-driven environment.
The ability to obtain a security clearance via government or other agency background checks for customer support.
Shifts: Monday to Friday during regular workdays (opportunities for overtime work will be available).
