Warehouse Support Employee

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Support Employee to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve non-conformities, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders


• Perform troubleshooting activities to support smooth warehouse operations


• Transfer products into active stock and support overall inventory flow


• Assist with backup activities across the warehouse as needed


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock transfers and cycle counts


• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records


• Monitor stock accuracy and track KPIs across operations


• Conduct quality checks (e.g. quantity differences, damages) in line with QA guidelines


• Adhere to QMS procedures and actively contribute to continuous quality improvement


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment


• Follow all safety procedures and proactively report risks, incidents, or accidents


• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training (MBO-3 or equivalent) and several years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment


• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail


• Knowledge of handling dangerous goods is an advantage


• Good command of English (minimum B1 level), both written and spoken


• Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory software, and MS Office


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Ability to work independently while contributing to shared team goals


• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to follow established procedures and guidelines


• Respectful and collaborative mindset when working with diverse teams

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)


• Frequent use of hands, reaching, bending, and lifting


• Capability to lift and/or carry loads of up to 25 kg

Work Environment

• Work is primarily performed in a warehouse and/or manufacturing setting


• Moderate noise levels and limited temperature fluctuations


• Use of PPE may be required depending on the task
