Job Description - Web Content Specialist

Job Description:

If you are...
A professional ready to develop your skills in web production. Someone who gets a kick out of delivering spotless content and shaping the future of digital experiences. Eager to make an impact at one of the top global software companies. Ready to join a fast-paced, fast-growing team and work on global projects from the comfort of Rotterdam.

This may be the opportunity for you!

Here’s what you're going to do...

You will join a young, dynamic team that enables the deployment of web production content across Europe, Latin America, and Asia. You will utilize CMS tools to shape, create, and bring to life a variety of web pages and content.

Your responsibilities will span three business units, each with unique needs, stakeholders, and ambitions. You will be responsible for building web page flows and placing copy, images, links, metadata, and other page elements across multiple localized market sites. You will also own the staging and go-live process for all content.

Of course, before go-live, you will ensure that all elements are perfectly in place. We always strive for “first-time right.”

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for...
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as all communication with the client is in English. You have a strong drive to learn, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a structured way.

You perform well under pressure, can balance and prioritize multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines. You will collaborate with peer producers, AI agents, as well as regional marketing managers and partners to support the success of our clients’ websites.

If you put the customer at the center of everything you do and understand that we are ultimately a service organization (where customer needs always come first), you may be a great fit for our team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 1+ year of experience in a digital field
  • Interest in data, processes, and technology platforms
  • Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience working with Content Management Systems (preferred)
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Previous experience in web deployment (a plus)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus)
  • AI-savvy and enthusiastic
