Website Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Content Management:

  • Create and publish new web pages in Sitecore CMS and affiliated platforms following established workflows and brand guidelines.

  • Handle content change requests from internal business stakeholders.

  • Ensure proper page structure and responsiveness across devices and browsers.

• Quality Assurance & Testing:

  • Support channel managers and product owners by testing new functionalities and development work from a content manager’s perspective.

  • Identify and report issues such as broken links, incorrect layouts, or technical errors.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (communications, media relations, investor relations and development teams) to gather requirements and implement updates.

  • Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions.

• Process Compliance:

  • Follow publishing standards and maintain documentation for updates and testing results.
