Welfare Officer at Monoma

Monoma offers temporary living solutions that use space creatively. Having a close cooperation with property owners, to provide people the home and freedom to live anywhere. Monoma finds the right solution, the right people and the right house with the right purpose. As welfare officer, you are responsible for the daily operation of the refugee location. You will manage the location, which refers to the living quarters and comfort of the residents. As a team, you contribute to the ideal living environment of the residents. You will ensure a pleasant stay by taking responsibility for the livability, the living experience and the compliance with procedures. To be more specific about the tasks, you will assist with translations for agreements, register check-ins and check-outs, receive external parties (cleaners, maintainers), check the housing facilities, control the inventory and handle complaints. You are the contact person for the residents. Since you will work with Ukrainian refugees, it is necessary that you have knowledge of the Ukrainian language. You will work from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. In total, you will work fulltime of 40 hours per week. To guarantee safety, it is important that you are in possession of a BHV certificate or that you are willing to obtain one. In addition, you will follow a course in psychology to support the refugees.
