About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and define project activities, including site and work-area requirements.


• Coordinate soil investigations and gather the technical information needed before execution.


• Prepare health and safety plans and arrange the required permits and applications.


• Determine required materials, coordinate orders and support cost calculations.


• Coordinate with project managers, project coordinators, technical colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders.


• Monitor planning, documentation and project readiness, resolving issues to support a smooth delivery phase.

What you bring

• A completed technical MBO level 4 qualification or equivalent.


• Several years of relevant experience in work preparation, preferably in infrastructure, utilities or electrical engineering.


• Technical understanding and practical experience in the field.


• Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.


• A proactive, solution-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.


• A responsible, flexible and resilient attitude.
