A new role is being created within the Wholesale Banking (WB) Capital Markets & Advisory (CMA) organisation to further strengthen the First Line of Defence (1st LoD) Non‑Financial Risk (NFR) function. We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join the CMA 1st LoD NFR team as a Non‑Financial Risk Specialist.
The Role
The CMA 1st LoD NFR specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships across the global platform, as well as forging a collaborative environment with key business partners within the first, second and third lines of defence.
The Team
You will have a governance coordination and overarching business performance responsibility for the CMA organization across the globe. You will work within the CMA 1st line NFR team, who comprise of team members based in the Netherlands and the UK and reporting to the Global CMA Governance Lead.

Additionally, fostering awareness of non-financial risk within CMA through first-line NFR communications and targeted training sessions is an important aspect of the role.
