As a Werkvoorbereider, you play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition from engineering to production. You are responsible for the preparation, planning, and optimization of production activities, ensuring that operations run efficiently and according to plan. Over time, this role will evolve into part of a continuous improvement team, focused on operational excellence and efficiency. You will report to the Team Lead and work closely with engineers, manufacturing engineers, and planners to optimize production processes. 

Your key responsibilities: 

• Prepare production activities by translating engineering data into clear work instructions.
