Working Student - Legal department

As an Intern or Working Student in our Legal Department, you will support the Legal Team across a wide range of internal tasks, with a primary focus on the following areas:

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with third-party inquiries, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requests directed to the Samskip Group.
• Coordinating legal formalities, such as the legalization and notarization of documents.
• Maintaining and updating legal and claims databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Providing general administrative support to the Legal Team.
• Preparing weekly and monthly legal reports and overviews.
• Acting in alignment with the Group’s core values and professional standards, while contributing to a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are considered an asset.
• Adaptability and the ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
