Compliance Champs is looking for a driven working student to help us take the next step in bringing our strategic goals to life by supporting the development of a KPI dashboard that tracks our progress and impact.

Your Role in Our Growth

We are looking for a Bachelor’s (preferably year 3) or Master’s student in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Data Science, Law, or a related field. You will work closely with the Compliance Champs team to help operationalize our strategy framework and bring visibility to key performance indicators.

In this role, you will:

• Support the design and implementation of a KPI dashboard based on existing data sources;

• Collaborate with team members to define and validate relevant KPIs;

• Help identify data availability, gaps, and ways to improve insights;

• Support internal reporting and strategic planning processes.

An interest in compliance and/or performance management is a big plus!

• You are in the 3rd year of your WO Bachelor's or currently enrolled in a Master's program (e.g., Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Political Science, Economics, International Relations, etc.);

• You have an analytical mindset and interest in KPIs, data analysis, and organizational strategy;

• You are proactive, structured, curious, and comfortable working independently;

• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or other data tools is a plus;

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English;

• You thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment;

• You’re available at least 2 days a week.
