Job Description - Worshop Supervisor

Job Summary


Lead and operate within the team of Wellbore Integrity Solutions workshop employees, while communicating the company goals, safety practices, quality standards and operational delivery deadlines to the workshop team on behalf of the Operations Supervisor. The Workshop Team Lead has the direct responsibility for all the workshop and warehouse process routines and personnel and as such is not only responsible for the operational aspects, but as well for the QHSE standards and adherence within the workshop operating area. In addition this position acts as the main communication link between the workshop and other departments (operations, material supplies, administration and accounting) to ensure that information is communicated, updated and maintained in an adequate, pro-active and constructive manner in conformance with the Quality Management System.


 


Primary Responsibilities Include:


Run workshop, warehouse and yard as a safe and efficient operation in full compliance with the Wellbore Integrity Solutions QHSE Management System Standards.


Coordination of all the workshop activities while ensuring that all tasks are safely completed at each workstation to prevent any damage to personnel, equipment and/or environment while meeting the given operational/load out deadlines.


Ensuring that all personnel within the workshop are aware and understand the procedure requirements for all processes within the workshop/warehouse/yard and that all employees follow these procedures and provide associated competency support if requested.


Organization of the parts inventory, assets and material storage ensuring that all items are safely stored in the allocated areas and that similar items are stored together in the same area for ease of identification and stock counting.


Overall planning of and execution of maintenance for all workshop plant, machinery and tools.


Coordination of equipment, BHA sub assemblies and load out preparations based upon operational demands.

Participate in the workshop duty schedule.


Any other duties consistent with the position as requested or directed by the Operations Supervisor.


 


Qualifications/Requirements:


Preferably MBO certificate or equivalent


Knowledge on HSE procedures and workshop equipment maintenance standards.


Competency in logistics and QMS procedures


• Organizational skills for running a workshop team


• Meeting deadlines as stipulated by customers in a safe and efficient manner


• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar position


• Fluent in reading, verbal and written communication in English and Dutch language


• Good computer skills to deal with MS Office and Webbased Applications


• Forklift Driver & Overhead Crane Operator License


• Preferably competences in redress of Fishing & Remedial tools and/or Downhole Tools


 


QHSE Commitments:


• Be familiar with the WIS QHSE policies and Standard and QHSE system – WISE


• Demonstrate Company leadership, in its expectations, accountabilities and proactiveness in all QHSE matters


• Adhere to all QHSE requirements and local site house rules


• Participate in all HSE Safety inspections as required
