About the role

As the Head of Retail Experience and Activation within Dyson's EMEA Retail team, your role will involve leading the visual merchandising and activation strategy across various channels and markets. With a focus on enhancing the retail experience amidst significant project growth, you'll be instrumental in introducing new operational methods and guiding the team to execute retail plans effectively. Your responsibilities will play a crucial part in Dyson's regional strategy, aiming to maintain market leadership and expand our presence, particularly emphasizing the beauty experience.

As a senior leader, you'll lead by example, driving transformation and improvement in our processes. Effective communication with markets and internal stakeholders will be vital for measuring team success. You'll collaborate with markets to define retail marketing strategies, manage store evolution, and develop in-store customer experiences in line with the marketing strategy.

Your role will also involve monitoring the market landscape, safeguarding Dyson's position, exploring new offline channels, and supporting key account approaches. Serving as a point of integration between markets and the group, you'll maintain positive relations, share insights, and align strategies.

Additionally, as an active member of the EMEA Retail Leadership Team, you'll provide updates, align on critical decisions, and foster a high-performing culture within the Retail Activation and Design Team, ensuring measurable targets are met and career development opportunities are maximized.

About you

• Over a decade of experience in Retail marketing, Design, and Events, with a focus on Premium Retail and beauty industries
• Proven ability to strategize and execute multiple projects concurrently
• Strong leadership skills, including people management and commercial acumen
• Assertive, self-motivated problem solver with excellent communication skills
• In-depth understanding of premium retail and client experience standards
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
