Job Description - Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative at SiteLucent, you thrive on meticulously managing processes and ensuring seamless communication between various teams. You possess a keen eye for detail and enjoy structuring proposals and managing the financial aspects of customer interactions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the operational efficiency of SiteLucent's sales processes and contribute directly to revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

  • Developing and crafting proposals for both new and existing customers, as well as partners, including setting up timelines for webshop roll-out in the license, in coordination with the Head of Customer Experience.
  • Supporting teams in their direct and indirect sales activities.
  • Facilitating the subsequent payment process and providing SiteLucent's Finance team with invoicing information, such as Purchase Order details, from customers.
  • Verifying and sending invoices to customers promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborating with SiteLucent's Finance team to manage debtors efficiently.
  • Maintaining various reports for SiteLucent's Management Team, including forecasting expected generated revenue, new customer acquisitions, and changes in (recurring) revenue from existing customers.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of external documents, such as NDAs and presentation decks, to be sent out.

Job requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing your time effectively.
  • You will work closely with other members of the business development team, as well as with, customer success, and finance teams. A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are important.
  • Fluency in English (preferably also Dutch) language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, for monitoring progress and activity.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS business model is essential, with a basic understanding of how SaaS products are sold, deployed, and supported.

  • Previous experience in selling SaaS solutions to retail companies (manufacturers, brands, retailers) or directly supporting in this process.
