Business Developer

Business Developer - Institutional Solutions Location: Amsterdam, Onsite As a Business Developer - Institutional Solutions you will focus on the growth and management of Ebury's Institutional client base in Amsterdam . Your primary responsibility will be to expand the Institutional division through proactive sales efforts and strategic partnerships with key players in the fund ecosystem, including Corporate Service Providers, Fund Administrators, asset managers, and law firms. Responsibilities

• Responsible for hunting new business opportunities in the institutional space > Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional space through proactive sales and networking efforts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and the fund eco-system (investment/asset managers, corporate service providers and fund administrators), understanding their investment objectives, risk appetite, and FX requirements.
• Excellent communication and social skills: face to face, via telephone and email. You have to be comfortable talking to new people.
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting institutional cash management requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients

You

• Sales experience is not a prerequisite. Being committed, ambitious and eager is.
• Strong desire to grow into a professional sales role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Enjoy building new relationships and build rapport easily
• Based in Amsterdam area
• Strong English and Dutch language skills
