Financial Operations Associate

In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the precision and efficiency of our financial operations within our innovative SaaS platform for Personalised Compensation & Benefits.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• You take ownership of the financial operations, including processing invoices, managing accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.
• You work closely with other teams to ensure accurate invoicing, resolve billing issues, and maintain correct data in the system.
• You manage debtor and creditor accounts, set up outgoing payments, and follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
• You play a crucial role in bank reconciliation, ensuring seamless alignment between financial transactions and bank statements.
• You assist in processing finance-related documents, tax forms, and sales contracts.
• You assist the Finance team in timely completion of tax filings and month-end closing procedures.
• You collaborate with the Finance team to streamline and optimize financial activities.

What you’ll need

• Fluency in Dutch: a hard requirement,both verbal and written, for effective communication with our customers, partners and vendors.
• Educational Background : Completed HBO degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Attention to Detail : Passion for accuracy and a keen eye for detail in financial processes .
• Communication Skills : Effective communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proactive Attitude: Proactive mindset with a desire to contribute to the company's growth.
• Available for at least 32 to 40 hours per week.
