Freelance Interim Sales Manager Cyber Digital Solutions

Cyber Digital Solutions is a relatively young practice in the Netherlands offering bespoke cyber consulting and managed services to National Critical Infrastructure Providers and Critical Production Systems. Starting from 2019 we have grown from 8 to 50 people with a 10 mio yearly revenue. Both in cyber consulting and managed security services we still lack scale to improve margins and we need to increase leads, opportunities and sales to achieve our growth ambitions. Our bespoke B2B consulting and services require intensive consultative selling efforts by our team of experts. Currently our sales organization and processes need to improve in both efficiency and effectiveness. About you We are looking for a seasoned B2B Cyber Sales professional that in 6 months needs to achieve the following: - Assess efficiency and effectiveness of our current sales organization and efforts with plan to improve - Organize our sales and bid teams and processes and build an efficient and effective sales engine - Build and improve sales funnel with leads and opportunities to achieve 20 mio Order Intake in 2024 - Engage, motivate and facilitate our team of experts in technical pre-sales and to win deals with compelling and client centric proposals and pitches - Orchestrate, build and edit writing of winning proposals in complex tenders - Build international network in Thales to mobilize for international sales and bids for multinationals You will work closely with a young and ambitious team on a growth strategy in the fast-growing IT-OT Cyber Security market in a high-tech, international company that invests heavily in cyber to become the European Leader in Cyber globally. A Consultative seller with Cyber Security knowledge and able to engage with customers on bespoke cyber solutions.
