Job Description

• * Communication to and managing logistics expectations of both internal and external customers
• * Serve as the corporate primary-point-of-contact for resolving freight issues including damage/loss claims and import/export clearance issues.
• * Manage the demonstration (DEMO) stock using planning tool DEMS.
• * Develop, implement and maintain tools to provide freight cost and transit time estimates to order entry and sales personnel.
• * Assure inventory accuracy on all inventory by conducting daily cycle counts. Analyze and research discrepancies and provide resolutions.

• * Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• * Drive to succeed in a fast paced, team oriented, multi-tasking environment.
• * Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information & records.
• * PC and MS-Office literate, intermediate-to-advanced Excel and/or Access skills preferred.
• * Ability to lift 25lbs with or without accommodations.

What's on Offer

• Annual salary including holiday allowance: 32K-38K depending on experience.
• Hybrid working: 1 day at home and 4 days a week in the office (First 3 months will be full time on site).
• 27 days of holiday leave.
• Commuting costs are reimbursed 100% for public transport and €0.23/km for car or bicycle.
