We are currently looking for a Sales Executive for Netherlands (Dutch Speaker) for the Luxury Sector.
Our partner, is a leading provider of fractional aircraft ownership, offering individuals and businesses access to a diverse fleet of private jets. They pioneered the concept of shared aircraft ownership, allowing clients to own a portion of an aircraft and use it as needed, and providing efficient and luxurious private travel options.
The Role:
- To sell the company's Fractional Shares and Card Programmes to their key target audience; Corporates, High Net Worth Individuals, and Aircraft Owners.
- Sales performance is measured against a quota for existing business sales, which includes card and share renewals, trades and add-on hours.
- In addition, the role requires the applicant to build and foster relationships with potential Owners and influencers to sell the company's product.
- Support and maintain relationships with existing Owners to cultivate those relationships for retention, renewal and referral opportunities.
Resposabilities:
- Develop and create new sales opportunities through process of customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.
- Help develop the company's brand through representation of product, programs, capabilities, and partnerships.
- To establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with the company's affinity partnerships and personal network.
- To retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner.
- Work with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce , and other systems.
- Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management including sales forecasts and territory business plans.
What we expect from you:
- Currently based in Netherlands.
- Fluency in business English and Dutch both written and spoken.
- Bachelor´s Degree.
- 10 years work-related experience;
- Minimum 5 years in a Luxury customer facing role.
- Proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement of and adherence to the Sales processes as defined by management .
- An in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of the company's products and services as well as those of the competitors.
- High Proficiency in MS Office.
