Job Description Help characterize and define markets and opportunities. Lead the development of business cases for new product developments to Drive growth. Growing the knowledge database. Generate and maintain technical and application information for product documentation. Provide product training to sales channels (internal and external). Providing technical articles for magazines and lectures. Launching new products, including launch plan and training. Optionally representing IP in standardization organizations (NEN-DIN-ISO-ASTM). Providing support to distributors and customers. Maintain competitive overviews. Price list maintenance. The Successful Applicant Minimum Bachelor level with 3-5 years of work experience in an MT position. Preferably experience within the electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. Familiar with ISO standards, CE, CSA or other safety standards. Experience as a manager in leading operational departments. Experience with an ERP/MRP system (Exact Globe preferred). Positive, motivational leadership style & effectively verbally strong, someone who knows how to get people onboard. Good knowledge of Dutch and English language.
