Marketing and Operations Intern About Us: gamin gamine. is a lifestyle brand aimed at making parents daily lives a little bit easier. We create monthly clothing bundles for kids and quarterly subscriptions for mothers. Our focus is on maintaining an active e-shop, where we launch new products in a monthly basis, while offering everything at a fair price. Join our community, known as the 'GANG,' and help us grow our brand locally while keeping our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Stock Management and Logistics:

• Help manage inventory and keep detailed records of our stock.
• Assist with logistics and storage to ensure products are distributed on time.
• Work with the team to improve stock management processes.

Brand Identity and Local Growth:

• Distribute flyers and create promotional materials to strengthen our brand identity.
• Implement strategies to increase our local brand presence, such as distributing flyers along specific routes.
• Strengthen our brand identity and build loyalty by connecting with the community.

Social Media and Influencer Management:

• Find and contact influencers on social media, especially Instagram.
• Manage collaborations and deals with influencers.
• Track and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns.

Assisting During Monthly Photoshoots:

• Creating a timeline for the photoshoot.
• Preparing the clothes.
• Scouting the location and props for the photoshoot.
• Help managing kids during the photoshoot.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify and Canva.
• Previous experience in a clothing store, either online or physical.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus, specially French.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
