Marketing Executive Intern

Job Description Support the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing the delivery of various digital campaigns, including email campaigns, display banners, social media posts, custom content, and custom webinars. Collaborate closely with the marketing delivery team on data selection and segmentation to optimize campaign targeting and effectiveness. Utilize project management tools such as Asana and Smartsheet to record, track, and manage all projects related to digital sales and marketing operations. Analyze clients' campaigns and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Provide recommendations based on data insights and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support the marketing team in addressing any issues or challenges that arise in the delivery of digital campaigns. Work collaboratively with clients to find effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist the marketing team in creating marketing materials, including onboarding guides, templates, and visuals. Contribute with creative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet) is a plus. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to derive insights from data. Creative thinking and a passion for digital marketing and sales operations. Prior internship or work experience in marketing, sales, or related fields is a plus.
