Cefetra Ecosystem Services is part of the Cefetra Group, an established multi-national. Cefetra Ecosystem Services is the link between the industry demand for more sustainable products and the farming practices that help produce these goods. The Cefetra Group consists of various agricultural and food ingredients trading and supply chain management companies, with leading brands within the ingredients business. Collectively we employ over 700 people across 35 offices in 20 countries around the world. We work closely together to guarantee the best possible service to our customers. We develop supply chains with suppliers and create value by sourcing raw materials and supplying those to the international food and feed industry. The assignment

As Marketing Intern you will work together with Sergio Zapico Mena and Uwe Schröder to build on the brand visibility and engagement of Cefetra Ecosystem Services. It’s your job to create engaging and compelling posts, stories, and videos to showcase our company's initiatives, projects, and achievements. As a marketing intern, you will be responsible for monitoring social media metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. To create brand visibility and engagement, we organise events, webinars, and other promotional activities. As Marketing Intern you will support in the coordination of these activities. Given than Cefetra Ecosystem Services is in its early stages of development, your actions will have a big impact on our organization. As part of the team, you will help us develop our strategic marketing plan.

Job requirements

Most important is that you can be critical and precise, but also pragmatic when needed. To be successful within Cefetra, it is essential to have a ‘self-starter’ mentality, be open minded and curious. You can work both independently and with people from all layers within the entire Cefetra Group. In addition, you can identify with the following requirements:

• You’re a student or graduate of a relevant degree programand have a good understanding of the marketing and media basics.
• You’re passionate about sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and marketing
• You are fluent in English. Another language will be a plus.
