Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Operations Intern to support our data management processes. This role will focus on organizing, analyzing, and managing ESG-related data within our platform, helping to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and an interest in sustainability and real estate. SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in managing large datasets related to ESG reporting and real estate performance.

• Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and organization within Scaler’s platform.

• Support the ESG data gathering and analysis process, helping to structure and optimize workflows.

• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data integrity and contribute to process improvements.

• Research industry trends and assist in the preparation of internal reports and presentations.

• Support the development of onboarding materials, internal documentation, and other operational resources.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business,Sustainability, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
