Job Description - (Afstudeer)stage richting recruitment bij snelgroeiend bureau

Dit bedrijf uit Leusden houdt zich bezig met arbeidsbemiddeling. Ze zijn snel aan het groeien en hebben daarom nieuwe recruiters nodig, waarvan jij Ã©Ã©n kan zijn!

Als meewerkstagiair ga je meewerken in het recruitment team, waar elk facet van het wervingsproces naar voren komt. Je zal je bezig mogen houden met het eerste contact, verschillende gesprekken en plaatsing.

Als afstudeerder ga je je ook bezig houden met het gehele wervingsproces voor minimaal 2 tot 2,5 dagen. Daarnaast krijg je de tijd om binnen de recruitment jouw afstudeeropdracht te maken. Wat deze opdracht exact zal zijn, mag je samen met het bedrijf bepalen. Dit betekent dat je een opdracht kan maken die perfect aansluit bij wat jij interessant vindt!

Er heerst een informele maar professionele sfeer. De recruiters zijn erg ervaren waardoor jij een goede begeleiding zal krijgen en veel kan leren.
