Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to support the design and optimization of internal automation and operational systems.

This role sits at the intersection of automation, data engineering, and applied AI, providing hands-on exposure to how modern organizations design and scale system-driven operations. You will contribute to integrating platforms, improving workflows, and supporting the development of intelligent, automated processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and optimization of automated workflows and process logic across internal systems
• Assist in building and maintaining integrations between platforms using APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
• Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven solutions (e.g. LLM-based processing, structured data outputs)
• Monitor system performance, identify failures, and support debugging and incident resolution
• Help structure and standardize data flows to ensure consistency and reliability across systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable system designs

Candidate Profile

• Strong interest in automation, AI, and systems architecture
• Analytical and structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with core technical concepts such as APIs, webhooks, data models, and workflow logic
• Introductory coding skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript) and ability to work with technical documentation
• Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems quickly
• Clear communicator with a proactive and responsible mindset
• Able to remain composed and solution-oriented when troubleshooting system issues
