Job Description - Business Developer Germany

Interested in a high-paying part-time job with real commercial experience, and ownership of the German market? (German speaking)

We are looking for highly motivated students to join one of the fastest-growing sales consultancies in the Netherlands.

— NO PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED —

DynamicWhale supports go-to-market projects for high-growth B2B software companies and works with leading companies in the SAAS ecosystem such as Mendix (Siemens), Cloudflare etc.

We are now hiring with a specific focus on expanding our German market pipeline. In this role, you will take real responsibility for identifying, researching, and approaching German prospects, helping us develop the German market by taking care of already existing clients and identifying new business.

What you’ll work on

  • Researching German companies, decision-makers, and market opportunities
  • Building and managing the German prospect pipeline
  • Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Booking qualified sales meetings
  • Supporting go-to-market workshops and commercial projects
  • Helping DynamicWhale expand its presence in the German market

What we’re looking for

  • Driven, proactive students who want real responsibility
  • Native or fluent German speaker
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Dutch, Italian, French, or Arabic is a plus
  • Strong communicator with commercial curiosity
  • Interest in SaaS, start-ups, sales, and business growth
  • Available at least 16 hours per week
