Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, you’ll join the Central Commercial Team for EMEA. You’ll support a multifunctional team responsible for sales enablement, data analysis, account management and category management. Your role will combine analytical work with hands-on coordination. You’ll gain exposure to strategic meetings, commercial topics and colleagues across European markets.

This is a fixed-term graduate position for 12 months.  

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Prepare data analysis and reporting to support internal strategic meetings and commercial projects.


• Prepare and improve Excel and PowerPoint templates and presentations


• Support strategic meetings by preparing materials, attending discussions, following up actions and sharing information with multiple stakeholders.


• Support the organisation and execution of events, coordinating practical arrangements

You have the following skills:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Management, Economics, Finance or a related field.


• 6 months of professional experience (or internships) ideally in commercial, retail or sports


• Very good written and spoken English, with clear, professional communication and confidence collaborating with senior colleagues and other departments.


• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel for accurate analysis and PowerPoint for clear presentations and reusable templates.


• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage varied requests, coordinate practical arrangements


• An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail


• Curiosity, initiative and autonomy


• Affinity with sports or retail
