Business Support & Internal Events Intern

As a Business Support intern, you are part of the Business Support, Travel & Events team and you support the team in all our activities and projects. The Business Support Team supports the Rituals’ business leaders in working as efficient and well prepared as possible and plays an important role as connector within the organization. The Business Support Team provides excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders. Rituals offers a varied internship in a young team with enthusiastic colleagues at our head office in the heart of Amsterdam.

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

As an integral member of our dynamic Business Support Team, you will support with the daily operational related tasks with focus on Business Travel and internal events organization. Your main responsabilities will be around facilitating business travel experiences for your colleagues all around the globe. You will be entrusted with coordinating and managing travel arrangements, ensuring the smooth execution of itineraries for our team members and checking if the company policy is been respected. In this role, you will learn a lot about expense management, travel-related costs, and prioritize your tasks. Your dedication to precision and proactive problem-solving will be very important for a successful business travel operations.

• Education: Currently studying in HBO education
• Full time available (32-40 hours): (preferably start beginning of) September for a period of 6 months.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good skills: team player, good planner, and multitasking. Be hands-on and have a to do mindset.
• Like to be involved in our internal events.
• You can work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• You are keen to be the best in class within your internship. You are flexible, you enjoy getting involved, are curious to learn, and have an attention to detail. You are also open to work closely together with various teams.
