A driven and curious individual who is currently finalizing studies for a degree in business, communication or a related field. You are eager to gain real-world experience, develop new skills, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. You’ll play a key role in ensuring buyer satisfaction on our platform, contributing to Qogita’s mission to deliver at the highest industry standards.

This internship is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career and grow as part of a close-knit, diverse team in a global scale-up. As we are a global company with headquarters in NL, any additional European language competencies would be a bonus.

Your profile:

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, communication, or a related field.

• A strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn and grow.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable using tools like admin portals, CRMs, monitoring systems (training will be provided) and business analytics tools.

• Must be based or able to travel to the Amsterdam office at least 3 times per week.

• Must be enrolled in a Dutch university with a right to work in the Netherlands.

What you'll be working on

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat communication channels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement in the customer experience journey.

• Contribute to internal projects to drive process and policy improvements.

• You’ll join a small, highly diverse, and close-knit team of Qogitians. The Buyer Operations Team plays a vital role in Qogita’s success by building robust processes, policies, and systems.

Start date between June 2nd and June 30th 2025
