Role Overview

As our Content Marketing Intern, you'll help grow Simvia's brand and pipeline by creating engaging content, supporting marketing campaigns, and experimenting with new ways to reach our audience. Working closely with our marketing team, you'll turn ideas into high-quality content across multiple channels, from social media and email to video and paid campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with execution. You'll contribute to content production end-to-end, from concept development and creation to distribution and performance analysis, while helping us build repeatable marketing processes that generate awareness, engagement, and leads.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Content creation: Create high-quality written, visual, and video content that supports Simvia's brand awareness and lead generation efforts. This includes social media content, email campaigns, website content, customer stories, and other marketing assets.

• Organic social media management: Support and grow Simvia's organic presence across channels by planning content calendars, creating engaging posts, monitoring performance, and experimenting with new content formats that increase reach and engagement.

• Campaign support & execution: Assist with the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and other demand generation channels. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of one channel with guidance from the team.

• Creative experimentation & AI workflows: Help develop creative campaign concepts and explore new ways of working using AI-powered tools for content creation, ideation, design, video production, and marketing automation. Continuously test and improve what works.

• Marketing operations & performance tracking: Support the marketing team with campaign reporting, lead tracking, content performance analysis, and ad hoc projects. Help identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, increase output, and generate more qualified leads.

Job requirements:

• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience using content creation and design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe InDesign, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Veo, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar.

• Strong interest in content marketing, digital marketing, social media, brand building, and growth marketing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for compelling storytelling and attention to detail.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn through experimentation and feedback.

Nice to have:

• Experience with video editing and content production.

• Experience writing marketing copy for social media, websites, email campaigns, or blogs.

• Familiarity with social media management and content planning.

• Basic understanding of SEO, SEA, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or email marketing.

• Native or fluent Dutch, German, or Spanish language skills.

• Internship compensation: €600 per month and 25 vacation days (pro-rated)

Duration:

• Minimum 4 months, up to 6 months depending on availability.
