Digital Operational Excellence Internship

In this global role, you will learn the ropes of global rituals.com content management, HP go-live and develop your analytics skills by drawing insights on content effectiveness.

We are looking for an intern available for 32 hours / 40 hours for 6 months starting in September 2025. Please be aware that we can only consider your application for an internship if you will be enrolled in your study programme for the entire duration of the internship. 

YOU ARE ALL ABOUT DIGITAL RETAIL

As an Intern within the Digital Operational Excellence team, you will have the opportunity to learn how a global eCommerce platform is managed at Rituals including new product releases, Homepage content planning, onsite localization strategy, livestreams, and website and App content management, all with a focus on content efficiency and effectiveness.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support with the Homepage weekly/monthly setup by managing campaign content readiness, translations, and streamlining handover to our operations counterparts
• Analyze content performance and effectiveness across web/app, and flagging opportunities
• Support with the creation and adaptation of evergreen and navigational content, and its implementation in our content management systems
• Consistently review our web and app journeys, flagging and implementing opportunities to continue offering a flawless experience to our visitors

You will be a team member of the Digital Operational Excellence team, together with multiple other colleagues. This team is part of the Digital Category / Trading team.

Our team's mission is to drive brand and commercial success by overseeing the global planning, and execution of campaigns across the Rituals homepage and app, including local market alignment and localisation. We also manage the creation and implementation of evergreen and category-agnostic content, as well as supporting the process of new product launches in collaboration with the category managers.

Our focus is also on optimising cross-functional collaboration with marketing, UX and our operations partner, to capitalize on opportunities and enhance the overall user experience to meet our digital category needs.

We’re looking for someone who is high on energy, low on ego, shows initiative, and a professional attitude combined with a good sense of humor.

• An interest in eCommerce, digital retail and digital content management
• A passion to join the cosmetics and well-being industry
• A solution-oriented, service-minded personality
• You take proactive and independent ownership of your projects, managing them in a structured way
• You’re comfortable taking an active hands-on approach (working in content management systems), with a very good attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Available for 32 hours / 40 hours for 6 months starting in September 2025
• You are enthusiastic about connecting and collaborating with colleagues, and exploring the world of Rituals by participating in employee engagement activities and other events
