Finance & Business Operations Internship

Start date: August/September, 2026

Period: 6 months, full-time

Location: Rotterdam

We’re looking for a sharp and driven finance student (or recent graduate) who enjoys figuring things out, thinks logically, improves workflows, and takes on new challenges in a fast-growing environment. You’re analytical, practical, and eager to learn how the financial backbone of a scaling company operates. You’ll work closely with our founders and finance team on projects that help Monday Merch run smarter and more efficiently.

Your responsibilities

1. Improve finance processes across invoicing, payments, reporting, an internal workflows.

2. Work on strategic one-off finance projects and problems as they arise. We are a fast growing company, so new things come up all the time. You enjoy tackling these types of new problems.

3. Work together with both finance team and founders on forecasting and budgeting, analysing where costs are increasing and decreasing, where there is opportunities to cut costs and where we should invest more.

4. Enjoy getting hands on practice with multiple divisions within our finance team, taking on operational tasks within each to fully understand the processes and work.

5. Coordinate within our remote finance team.
